Can I bring in my equipment?Yes! Walk-ins are always welcome between 10AM and 4PM, weekdays. No appointments. Repairs are on a first-come, first-served basis. Rush service gets work started in 24 hours. This does not mean a 24 hour turn-around. Parts may need to be ordered or troubleshooting or consultation with the manufacturer may take more than a day.

Located outside the Los Angeles area?Setting up a repair for shipping is easy: 1. Download, Complete & Print the Repair Form 2. Ship your equipment (including the printed repair form) to: Audio Rehab, Inc. 6008 San Fernando Rd. Glendale, CA 91202 * A non-refundable $150.00 troubleshooting bench fee is required for all equipment received and must be paid prior to troubleshooting. If paying your deposit with a credit card, please download, complete & print our Credit Card Authorization Form & include it with your repair form. 3. Once troubleshooting is completed an estimate will be emailed for your approval. With your approval, repair will be completed and your deposit will be credited toward your final bill. How long does a repair take?Repairs can take anywhere from 7-21 business days, but this time depends on a variety of factors including sourcing replacement parts, level of repair needed, and our current work load. If you need your equipment repaired quickly, a RUSH service is available (additional $75.00 fee). Troubleshooting begins within 24 hours. This can be requested on the repair form.

How long will you hold my equipment for?All equipment must be paid for and collected within 30 days. After 30 days, storage fees will apply. After 60 days, all equipment becomes subject to abondenment/forfeiture and becomes property of Audio Rehab > Special arrangements can be made, in advance and on a case-by-case basis only.
