Setting up a repair for shipping is easy:
1. Download, Complete & Print the Repair Form
2. Ship your equipment (including the printed repair form) to:

* A non-refundable $62.50 troubleshooting bench fee is required for all equipment received and must be paid prior to troubleshooting. If paying your deposit with a credit card, please download, complete & print our
Credit Card Authorization Form
& include it with your repair form.
3. Once troubleshooting is completed an estimate will be emailed for your approval. With your approval, repair will be completed and your deposit will be credited toward your final bill.

How do I pay for my repair?
We accept the following payment methods:
> Download the Audio Rehab Credit Card Authorization Form
> Email CC auth. form to: firstname.lastname@example.org
> Send payment to: email@example.com
> Make checks payable to: Audio Rehab
Cash is also cool and happily accepted
How long will you hold my equipment for?
All equipment must be paid for and collected within 30 days.
After 30 days, storage fees will apply.
After 60 days, all equipment becomes subject to abondenment/forfeiture and becomes property of Audio Rehab
> Special arrangements can be made, in advance and on a case-by-case basis only.
What specific brands are serviced by Audio Rehab?
We fix ALL manufacturer's audio equipment, including:
Allen and Heath
How long does a repair take?
Repairs can take anywhere from 7-21 business days, but this time depends on a variety of factors including sourcing replacement parts, level of repair needed, and our current work load.
If you need your equipment repaired quickly, a RUSH service is available (additional $62.50 fee). Troubleshooting begins within 24 hours. This can be requested on the repair form.
Can I bring in my equipment?
Yes! We are open Monday-Friday, 9AM - 6PM.
Walk-ins are always welcome, no appointments necessary
